Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actress. Her roles in films Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and in the tv series Angela's eye Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are among her most well-known work. Amantha is the main character in Rectify the Sundance Channel Drama series. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress, who appears on television as well as in movies. Her roles in both the drama show Rectify as well as the sci-fi series Timeless made her a star. A native of Gulf Breeze, she began her career with soap opera All My Children. The actress was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award for the Outstanding Female Newcomer. The next couple of years she was mostly a guest actor on a variety of TV programs. The role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson on the show Hawthorne earned her praise. With her amazing looks and her acting skills, she slowly gained an enormous fan base. At the age of 20 years old, her debut film performance was Campfire Stones. She has also appeared in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and other films. In the film Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. Her most recent work in television is the lead role of history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi TV series Timeless. Spencer has received positive reviews from critics for her role in the sci-fi TV program Timeless. She has also been nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
